Choke & Kill Manifolds: Update Time | 2020-02-29 15:27:45; The choke and kill manifold systems incorporated gate valves, check valves, chokes and actuators depending upon the applications. The platform of our manifold systems can be of single or adjustable design. The manifolds are mounted on the platform for ease of transportation and height adjustment to desired level.

The choke manifold is support equipment of hydraulic BOP for controlling well blow out and well pressure. Through the choke valve, perform well killing, replacing polluted slurry in well.

• Control wellhead pressure of casing and standpipe, restoring mud to control pressure at well bottom to stop overflow.

• Through drain valve, decrease casing pressure of wellhead to protect BOP stack.

• Furnished with hydraulic control pod to achieve the function of remote control.

Kill manifold is a necessary part in well-control assembly, its function includes as follows：

• to pump drilling fluid into well barrel to control the pressure in oil/gas well.

• to inject the fresh water into wellhead so as to avoid fire and burn as blowout;

• to inject extinguishant into well barrel as blowout and on fire.
